Chez Maryse

I went to this place today, which is down the street from my office. It is absolutely beautifully Decorated. I was so pleased with what I saw The food was excellent. I had the salmon creppe With some macaroons. Spectacular definitely worth Visiting. The new dining area is absolutely stunning. I wanted to take a picture, but there were customers in there so I didn’t want to Invade their privacy you just have to come and see for yourself

This place is awesome! I was born and raised in Portugal and there’s not a lot of places in Fresno where I can get a taste of the food I used to eat in European restaurants, bakeries and cafes. My wife and I absolutely loved it, even though it was just a quick stop for breakfast… we will be coming back for sure. Sam, the owner, was incredibly nice and we got to talk in French for a bit (she speaks English too, don’t worry). The chef, Antoine, was super friendly as well and he cooks everything from scratch. The wait was definitely worth it. You can just tell that this is quality food. The waitress was also super sweet. Love the decor! Can’t say enough about this place. In a way I wish they were at a different location, more upscale, but after hearing their story I understand why they are where they are. I hope that for the sake of your taste buds and overall happiness you give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.

If you enjoy a good chocolate croissant you have to try these. They are absolutely delicious. Flaky. Buttery. Chocolatey. Decadent! We wanted to surprise our daughter with some of her favorite treats at her bridal shower. They were a Huge hit! They were still warm when we picked them up too. Unlike the newest "Paris" bakery in town, there is No chemical after taste in these. These also have A Lot of chocolate instead of just a hint of it. I couldn't believe how much bigger these are too. Definitely worth the drive! Can't wait to try some of the other delicious items at Chez Maryse.

A great little place to have your morning fill from lattes to Affogato. Menu is simple and a variety of choices. Their freshly baked croissants are light. Service was great. The atmosphere was great, got to meet the onwer and She is a delight. Bless her heart for what she is trying to do for her community and giving back in ways you would not expect. I without a doubt will enjoy coming back and you will have my support. Please be mindful and patient for that I do have when I come here.

I took my staff to a brunch at this beautiful place and it was Such an absolute delight. The food was excellent. You must Visit this place you will not be disappointed

My Father and I were skeptical at first knowing he has visited France many times. The food was excellent and worth the wait, Service was awesome just about every waitress and waiter checked on us and greeted us. We went on a Sunday and the atmosphere was great around 10AM a band s et up and started to play .. ALMOST forgot to mention their pastries which they have a plethora of and can't go wrong by ordering what your heart desires

Stopped by Chez Maryse for breakfast and ordered the croissant sandwich, and wow — it was incredible. The croissant was perfectly flaky and buttery, packed with savory ham, melted cheese, and egg that balanced beautifully. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve. It came with a fresh side salad that added the perfect light touch to the meal. The whole vibe of the café was calm, friendly, and felt like a true local gem. Easily one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in a while — simple, fresh, and done right.

Our server was Brianna she was so kind and nice. She was very patient with us we took a while to order the food because we weren't sure about what we wanted at first. Food came out really good and left us very full for our trip! It does have a lot of parking spots outside so parking isn't an issue!
